Background: Normally the cancer development occurs due to unregulated body metabolisms, Mutations, uncontrolled cell growth, some of the proteins also involved in development of cancer disease. The variation also occurs in the amount of albumins and globulins from a normal cell to cancerous cell. The present work is conducted to know the amounts of serum albumins and globulins in the cancer patients, for this, we selected positive cancer samples from patients admitted in Warangal district hospital and subjected to Organic solution precipitation and salt precipitation. Subsequently these precipitated protein samples were analyzed by SDS Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, and different bands of albumin and globulin seen with different concentrations in a densitometer.
